The bed had a huge dip in it. There was discarded food in the hallway when we checked in at 3pm. It was still there the next morning at 730am when i went out for breakfast. I didnt have my phone for a photo, but there were bugs all over it. When i came back 45mins later it was finally picked up after nearly 17 hours. And to top it all off, when we checked out, i provided my room keys, she checked the paper work and said nothing at all, other than, youre good to go. No thanks for staying withbus, how was your stay, nothing. Terrible customer service. This was our go to destination when visiting Sudbury. At least 4 times a year. This will be our last time. You figure for 315 dollars a night you could expect a certain level of customer service, cleanliness and a comfortable bed
