We were looking for a more affordable hotel option while visiting Davenport for a dance competition. We were happy with our stay & even happier at the price! Will choose again when/if we return to the Quad Cities.

When I checked in for a room with 1 king size bed I arrived to my room and the bed was unmade and there was a large amount of garbage. Clearly hasn’t been touched by house keeping. So I had to go back down to the lobby and had to have a room with 2 queen size beds because they didn’t have anymore king size available. Parking is also pretty terrible.

It was nice but did not have bathrobes initially. I had to ask for them. I had to call several times to get slippers and was told it was on the way a couple times. Area around is hard to get by without a car or uber.

I enjoyed my stay here. The walk across the river to Woodmen ballpark was easy and fun and Steves old time bar across the street was a fun time. My issue is that the hotel ended up charging me 3 different times for my room even after i had booked through Hotels.com. The situation eventually got worked out but this was not a great situation and made me question the integrity of the hotel. Make sure to check your bank account after you stay here.

We had issues at check in because you guys ran out of available clean rooms even though we were checking in an hour after check in started. I was made to wait while he heard back from the cleaning staff. The guests behind me had to come back because they were given the wrong rooms and also had dirty rooms. We ended up offering our double room for their king to help them (and you guys since you overbooked your doubles) and ended up getting charged even more. Never told pricing was going to be different. Never told any information at all about what was open when as far as any facilities for the hotel (breakfast, pool, etc.)

They really lack st having your rooms ready at check in . Check in is at 3pm we tried to check in at 4:30 NO rooms were ready ! Maybe think of adjusting your check out time to allow more time for rooms to get clean.

Hard to get into. One way streets. Have to park across the street. Parking lots not cleared off as it was snowing and slick. Lighting into hotel was not good at all. Downtown, but very sketchy.

Property is located close to Circa 21 Theatre. Hotel is aging. Rooms near elevator shaft are too noisy. Didn’t get hot water for shower in the morning.

It was all fine, except I purchased the breakfast at $8 and the restaurant was closed on Thanksgiving. I asked the desk manager to refund the $8 and they said I would need to contact Expedia because they paid the hotel. That's why I thought the hotel should refund the $8. Anyway, I will contact Expedia about this.
