We had a very good time at Aubrey Park. The room was lovely and warm and was a good size. Each day we were there the bed got made and we had fresh towels. We had a very good breakfast each morning and the choice was excellent. If you want an evening snack there is a very nice bar area. Overall this is a lovely hotel.

My room was clean but tired and dated. It did feel like a hike from reception to the room! Dinner (rib eye) was delicious but the cooked breakfast was dried out and looked like it had been under the hot lamps for a while.

Sadly it was very tired, carpets and trims all very worn. Room was via a warren of nearly 30 miles of hallways. Not even sure if I stayed in the hotel.

Staff were polite and helpful, the room was serviceable and quiet. The furnishings looked quite tired though, both the rooms and hotel in general could probably use some renovation. This is a great place if you're only staying a couple of nights.

The staff were great despite the building work that was going on during our visit. Once the upgrades are finished the hotel will look fabulous

The breakfast was very disappointing. It was buffet style one morning which was cold, not even warm. Then the second morning it was menu service but still only warm after waiting an hour. Whilst the bar area was warm and cosy, there was no music so the atmosphere was a bit dead. The room was standard and clean. Would I stay there again, sorry would have to say no.

Slightly disappointed. Stayed a few years back and it was much better. I asked about bathtub, they said they were full and didn’t have one free. Clearly not full. The room had flies and ants which was not nice.

Very good value, however we had no running hot water from the sink. Food was also very good. Staff were very attentive and helpful including the cleaners.

Hotel was OK, a little tired and could do with updating. We booked an “Executive room” that was more expensive but wasn’t very big and had quite a small bathroom, so I don’t know what a standard room would be like c
