Room was spotless. Staff were friendly. Loved the room with the panoramic view

River room with two queen beds does not have a full view of the river but a little section of window facing the Chrysler building and a piece of the river. Was not told at check in I had to pay extra for parking until I received my receipt on checking out as I didn’t book the room originally I didn’t see in the fine details. The housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 9:30am asking when I was leaving so she could clean. Check out time is 11:00am. I was in the middle of getting dressed and was interrupted.

Room was ok. Toilet seemed like it was going to overflow every time you flushed! The bathroom could use some updating.

The view was amazing! The river and city skyline are beautiful at anytime of day. Some issues with the toilet and some of the appliances not working but staff were very polite.

I would like to see a cleaner bathroom, there was someone else’s hair on the wall when we first arrived. The rooms were a little out dated for the price but view was nice.

Parking was expensive

Staff was amazing, location is perfect. The hotel is clean and decently maintained. But number 1, your staff are incredible. From the restaurant to the desk to the house keeping. All are so polite and professional.

Room - bed, pillows, towels all poor quality. Noisy location. No breakfast. Poor parking location Andover priced. Would not recommend and would definitely never consider again.

Had great difficulty finding the hotel. We circled the block 3times before finding it. Really poor signage. There’s a reason it has “Plus” attached to it. It’s the extra fees! Parking was $19 a night with no accessibility for a wheelchair. Even had trouble finding the tiny lot. Breakfast was “available” but at a cost of $25 per person. The room itself was nice but really was disappointed with the service/staff.
