Our stayed is okay.

The night staff was kind but they charge an extra tax on top of what I was expected to pay which was weird. The pool didn’t feel clean and there was a smell in the hotel.

Welcoming, met all my needs

For the price in this area it can’t be beat.

Customer service was top notch , high standards of cleanliness, ample parking and proximity to my meeting venue .

Dated but clean,convenient and reasonably priced

Arrived early and were able to check in.

Clean, quiet, affordable. Only complaint was the cold eggs at breakfast. Will consider staying here again.

Had a nice time staying at this hotel. Really good location by the 401. Very polite and friendly staff. Decent breakfast options as well. Overall it was a good experience.

Good for small stays!

The hotel was clean, quiet and our room was very nice

I really like the hotel and the price. What I didn't like was the hidden small hidden charge that expedia gave me after I paid for the hotel stay.

Major improvements over the 2 years. Very clean, and warm reception with very good breakfast. Washroom light and fan need to work separately otherwise sound of fan is annoying if the light is left on.

Stay away from this hotel!!!!!!!! My wife and I were woken up in the morning to the roof leaking water onto all of our things!!! They will give you an outdated room that looks nothing like what you paid for and the shower had no hot water whatsoever!!!!!

There were people littering next to the place when we arrived. The room itself smelled like used wet towels. There were several stains, on the walls, counters, rug and sheets. The staff was amazing and it’s the reason this place gets 2 stars. It’s conveniently located, but I would advise folks to look for alternatives.

We were in bowmanville for a family event, stayed here 2 nights. Great location, right on hwy. hotel was dated, but clean. Check in was easy and efficient, breakfast was very good, my only comment would be there was loads of dog poop in parking lot and on walkways. Would stay again if need be
