room was clean on arrival. servicing was limited. werent able to externally lock the sliding door which had easier access to leave the apartment.

Location is good but I did not found daily housekeeping as per marketing moreover kitchen’s stove is on very height so it is very difficulty to cook and microwave is not working. Overall I did not found good kitchen for what I paid for other is fine .

Rooms needs a refresh. Carpets and curtains worn out, old and stained. Could be cleaned better - found dirt/food/bugs under the beds when we had to adjust them for the kids, and microwave not cleaned. The outside gardens are nice and well kept. Reception was helpful and accommodating. In a safe neighbourhood, close to restaurants and shops.

Lovely garden and a quiet stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. The indoor pool was much enjoyed by the kids

Great apartment and location for our Canberra getaway!

the stay was for a brief family visit. We booked a one bedder apartment but got a two bedder which was really welcome. everything was clean and quite spacious.

the apartment somewhat old and recently has been updated. It's a good value for a short stay.

Location not convenient to grocery shopping.

Having to pay for parking was a surprise at check in as when booking parking was stated free. Servicing only occurs every 3rd day but there wete no spare towels or garbage bags. We were involved in organised events each day and it was not possible to ring and ask for replacement garbage bags etc. The worse thing was that the TV was old and we were unable to use our own streaming services. This os a huge no today.

Nice quiet location with good options for meals close by. Beautiful garden area.

Nice and clean little 2 bedroom apartment with updated bathroom. Great communication via reservations. Friday night stay, so was a bit noisy from other rooms. People hiding in bushes when I went to pick up dinner! Coles and restaurants in walking distance.

I love staying at the Adina in Kingston. The staff are extremely accommodating and professional, the rooms are wonderful, property is delightful and there are many amazing cafes, restaurants and amenities within short walking distance. I highly recommend the Adina in Kingston next time you visit Canberra.

WE wont be staying again, the condition of the rooms, pool were in desperate need of repairs and a make over. curtains were ripped, draws broken, kitchen appliances missing and dirty. and the swimming pool was in major need of upkeep. It was a disapointing stay. It was a good location and very quiet.
