Lovely property!

Washroom blockage in the beginning. Place was nice but not much to do around.

Our one night stay was great. Excellent location for accessing Disneyland Paris. Lovely staff, beautiful room, clean and quiet. The only minus was the buffet breakfast which is not allergy friendly. One of my children is allergic to nuts and peanuts and there were nuts all over the buffet as decoration! She couldn't have anything to eat. Luckily I had some cereal bars in the car. More and more people have unfortunately allergies and hotels should make sure they can accommodate people.

Was not expecting this beautiful hotel

Nice hotel for a stop over for Disney. Spacious clean room for our family of 6 and a nice breakfast in the morning.

The staff is very rude

Excellent hotel!!!!! Will definitely stay there again!!!! Perfect for going to all the monuments in Paris especially the Eiffel tower!!!!!

Staff were friendly and helpful, Room was clean, tea and coffee provided, bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast and restaurant food delicious and extremely good value. The only problem we had was the temperature of the room- 24 degrees overnight in October. We asked for it to be turned down and it was, but then again rose again to 24 - far too hot to sleep and it wasn’t possible to open the window. Despite this we would return if in the area again.

This hotel is about 10mins from Disney. We had a large well presented room for 5. We arrived late after Disney fireworks and the gentleman at reception was incredibly helpful. He showed us to the car park and our room. I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to stay in the immediate Disney area. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on the food.

Rooms are ok, cleaning used our toothbrush for 'something else' and we had to dispose of it.

Not what I expected! It was a perfect modern hotel for great value. It had everything plus more.

To early but the receptionist checked which rooms were available so we could check in directly, very accomodating

Not my 1st time over there. Rooms could be pretty small but it's a nice quaint place. Breakfast way better nos than a couple yrs ago.

Short notice booking - very accommodating hotel , very friendly Lovely room clean & tidy

The place was cosy and nice. Well kept. The staff was helpful.

Sheets were ripped and full of holes. To get to room, we had to go through a set of three steps in the hallway and a double full set of steps to get to the attic where the room was located. We were not told we would have to climb so many stairs, although our large luggage was very apparent at the time of check in. The tall people in our family kept hitting their heads agains the lower areas of the attic room, which we were also never told about before we got to the room. The layout of room was awkward and inconvenient. Service was mostly nice and helpful. 15 minute Uber ride to Disneyland or shopping areas, each way, each day. Very small village with nothing within walking distance. The largest business is the hotel itself.

There is no mini bar in the room which wouldn’t have been an issue except the hotel bar doesn’t open either during the day so when you check in at 3pm you can’t get any sort of drink until 7:30pm!

People there are super nice there’s a little store across the street and the hall is only 10 min away
