Super place , beautiful area

the hotel was very clean. the staff could not do enough for you. ever thing was on your door step.

Check in was quick and efficient. We stayed on a Friday and were able to use the car park. Although we didn’t use the restaurant, we had a few drinks at the Norfolk tap which was lovely and staff great. We popped into the hotel for a nightcap and had a lovely chat to the night porter. Next time in Arundel, we will be sure to stay here again. A very positive experience

Good stay apart from breakfast. I had vegetarian, very greasy hash browns and vegi sausages were much. Partner had normal breakfast and had same issue with greasy hash browns and limp bacon. The next morning we both just had toast.

The room we were in - number 7 - was gorgeous. Beautiful four poster bed and a huge bathroom.

Room was lovely and spacious. Staff were lovely. Beautiful village, well worth a visit.

Staff were wonderful. Hotel and room was lovely and clean. Room was spacious, just a shame the room didn’t have a shower, however we were advised before arrival. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work and your brilliant service

Room was nice and the staff were lovely

Located in the loft room with low ceilings, which is fine as long your not taller than 6ft. Electric Radiator was broken so was supplemented by a stand alone radiator, it was sufficient to warm the room. The only issue was a loud fan noise above the Bathroom ceiling which switched on and off every half an hour throughout the night, which kept us awake 💤

The room was very dated. We appreciate that it’s an old building however the bathroom in particular needs updating.
