Me gustó la amabilidad del personal, especialmente la de Rosario en la alberca. El hotel, muy limpio, sin plagas; las camas y cojines, muy bien. Bonitos jardines. El show del bar me gustó, buen pianista y tecladista, muy agradables y canta bien. El costo de los alimentos lo percibí alto, especialmente el del brunch $650. La habitación ( suite ) de buen tamaño. Había una pequeña fuga en la llave del lavabo. Sugiero que se implemente, calefacción en la primera alberca, porque el agua está muy fría. Y un poco de mayor limpieza en los escalones de entrada a la alberca climatizada Faltan juegos para los niños y actividades de entretenimiento e interacción con los clientes Gracias por todo

En cuarto viejo, entra luz por las ventanas, el área del jacuzi no tiene ninguna sombra además de que te pueden ver desde otras habitaciones, el área de la alberca muy pequeña no había camastros disponibles y eso que era día bajo, las almohadas muy malas y el cuarto lleno de pelos en el piso y en la cama

PRO's Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Food in resturant is good. Villas are spacious. 10-15 minute walk to Walmart. CONS In sever thunderstorm property lost electricity for a couple hours during my 3 night stay. Had to change Villa due to mold in bedroom. Miscommunication between front desk and taxi driver over cost of ride when front desk staff ordered me a taxi. If having front desk orders you a taxi make sure there is clear communication on the cost.

Good value

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the property and room were clean, the spa was excellent and the food (particularly the weekend buffets were amazing).

El único pero que tengo es que habia que subir como 5 o 6 escalones para llegar a la puerta de la habitacion y no tiene barandas.

Its a lovely hotel with very pleasant staff. Immaculately clean and a great pool. One of our rooms had a private spa pool which was warm with jets. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. Last night it rained like the bible and in the morning the grounds still looked pristine. A wonderful hotel.

Excellent looking. Unique architecture. The plants are cut to have diff shape and looks good. The restaurant is nice and the pianist is very good.

As always, the attention from all the staff is fantastic. They are all great. The rooms are comfy and have AC and ceiling fans. The food is good, but a bit expensive. The Sunday brunch is delicious. One of the pools is warm, very good for kids. It is my favorite property in Cuernavaca.

El servicio muy bueno, y todos muy amables. Luce un poco antiguo el hotel, le hace falta modernizarlo, pero en general bien.

Everything was excellent, the guests service was awesome!!!!
