Awesome

As always, the attention from all the staff is fantastic. They are all great. The rooms are comfy and have AC and ceiling fans. The food is good, but a bit expensive. The Sunday brunch is delicious. One of the pools is warm, very good for kids. It is my favorite property in Cuernavaca.

El servicio muy bueno, y todos muy amables. Luce un poco antiguo el hotel, le hace falta modernizarlo, pero en general bien.

Las instalaciones están muy lindas. La habitación es cómoda. La calidad de los alimentos y el servicio son de lo mejor. El Spa es muy recomendable.

La ubicación es excelente, cuentan con servicio de Valet Parkin, las instalaciones limpias y aceptables aunque se nota un poco el paso de los años en la habitación, el personal de la recepción muy amables, únicamente tuvimos una mala experiencia con una persona de seguridad que al pasar le pedimos de favor que nos tomara una foto y se negó de mala manera.

We booked the honeymoon suite with jacuzzi specifically as it came with the jacuzzi. When we arrived we were told that the jacuzzi would need cleaned before we could use it (why they didn't have this ready for our arrival I don't know?) So we went for dinner, came back and asked for the jacuzzi to be set up. We were then told we can't use this after 8pm, which defeats the purpose of us booking this room. After some back and forth they agreed to send a cleaner up to clean it out (it was so dirty) and we could only use it like a bath. The room was really old and basic. Looks better in the pictures. They charge for everything in the room ridiculous prices including a bottle of water. We never ate breakfast as they also charge ridiculous prices for that (600 pesos per person ) The swim up pool bar wasn't open during our stay. Overall it's highly overpriced and was disappointing. The valet parking service was good.

The staff is very friendly and kind. Never had to asked them twice for something. Regarding the food you some people might think it is something expensive ordering from the menu. But it is worth it. Everything is cooked at the moment and they make their own bread which is delicious. A really good place to relax

The hotel is small , but is very nice, has very nice green areas, confortable and very clean. Hi’ll returned again and recommended. Ophelia scanland
