The property is nice conveniently located right next-door to a Starbucks. Inconveniently they have three Radisson vans that do not provide transportation to and from the airport despite having them. apparently the agreement is between the Radisson Hotel and the Mexican airline Volaris staff, staying in the hotel, but not guest despite going to the same location. A plus is that— They do allow you to leave your luggage while you’re waiting for check-in time which is very convenient and gives you an opportunity to go check out the city.

Patio area was beautiful

The hotel is a little dated, but still nice. The restaurant service was slow, and the food was just okay, but good enough if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. The pool area is definitely nice and the gym is located there too. You have to ask hotel staff to let you in and out, so that’s a little inconvenient. We were in a quiet part of the hotel and our room had a nice sitting area. Overall, an okay stay.

Staff were excellent. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, there are several opportunities which made me leave to stay at a different hotel: The surrounding area has terrible odor (farm like) so the main lobby has very strong men’s cologne smell. The Starbucks is very limited in beverage and only cookies available (no pastries, sandwiches, or desserts that regular Starbucks have). In addition, they only accept cards and no cash. No drip coffee was ever available. I had to Uber to nearest Starbucks, The pool water looked unkept and unfiltered. My rooms floor was water stained and carpet was not fully vacuumed.

Room was ok, it did the trick, but the hotel didn’t have an elevator and I had someone who couldn’t go upstairs and they made it feel like a big deal to change rooms to a lower level room

Good customer service

Very pleasant stay; the hotel is conveniently located , staff was very friendly and looks like they’ve been doing renovations lately…a lot of new features. My room appeared to be refurbished but a couple of things were out of place …the bathroom door was really beat up and at a minimum needs some paint and the mattress was extremely springy. Lastly a lot of rooms including mine face a courtyard where they have a bar and music..although the music ended at 9, until that time you can listen to a lot of peoples conversations from your room; the music was very pleasant though
