Great hotel - peaceful. Good service

Lovely as always my only criticism

We had a wonderful visit at the Sheraton Arabella. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service of the following friendly staff: Antonia who made eggs was exceptional , she had memorized our favorite breakfast foods and went out of her way to offer foods to my son who had allergies. Also she was super efficient and kind ! Dasha for her super customer service and talking to us so warmly and kindly and for her superior customer service. Also Iona was super friendly , and last but not least Ines remembered all of our names and was so friendly and treated us like royalty ! The customer service was friendly and professional by all staff ! Please make sure the staff mentioned get recognized !

Great location for golf

The hotel and staff were amazing. For some reason the main dining restaurant was never open meaning that there was only one option during our stay. Over the first weekend this option was fine, the food and the staff were great. On the second weekend the service in this restaurant went dramatically downhill! Food came out cold, undercooked, or not at all! It was hard to understand what happened, but it very disappointing and meant we had to travel in to Palma (not too far) to get a decent meal.

great swimming pools and kids club for my grandaughter. Lacking a snack cafe where you can have a light lunch or drink. Also lack of waiting staff around the swimming pools so we had to go and find someone to get a drink or an ice-cream. They need a less formal cafe around the pools.

Surrounded by the greenery of the golf course. Peaceful and very well maintained. Excellent welcoming staff.

Had a lovely stay at Sheraton. The grounds are beautiful. The highlight of the stay was the staff who were wonderful - especially all staff at breakfast and in La Bodega Del Green.

This is a first class hotel, with outstanding service from professional staff across the board. Gorgeous hotel, location, and views. The outdoor dining facilites are first rate. The food was excellent at all times. The pool, spa, saunas, and massages were top notch. Rooms exceptionally clean and cleaning service excellent. We were pampered and treated by every employee as if they truly appreciated our choice to stay at their hotel. Kudo's to the hotel's leadership and obvious attention to detail in every aspect of their operation.

I like the fact this hotel is in a beautiful quiet location but very close to city centre To do other things.
