Great stay and friendly staff. Pool needs some TLC Breakfast was good bit had to wait for fresh cooked breakfast but didnt take long. Great gym

One night stay in the middle of a motorhome journey, weather was too hot and needed a break from the heat. Looked on the Hotels.com site for hotel with a pool and air con bedroom. Searched hotels nearby, select and booked this one. Arrived at hotel reception a hour after booking. The reception staff were very helpful, quick book in and allocated room. Room was perfect, curtains drawn, air con on, blissful. Pool was the next visit, again perfect, hardly anyone in the pool, sauna and steam rooms fully operational. Got a great nights sleep, big queen bed, stacks of pillows and the air con on all night. Breakfast was included, so had a nice breakfast then another swim before setting off again in the motorhome, recharged for another few days in the heat.

Nicoletta and the team treated us very well when we spent the first night of our honeymoon here. Clean room and spa, great breakfast. 100% recommend.

Hotel lovely including pool, air con and food. Electric car charging good only a shame car parking is not free when a guest. Would recommend and would stay again.

Bus stop from the train station 4 mintues walk from the hotel. Quite location in the Surburbs. Pleasant staff. Great breakfast.

I wish they don't charge parking fee on customers. Other services are all okay

The cleaning staff was amazing and very respectful. Handy to have a restaurant in the hotel, especially for breakfast, which is a standard English and continental breakfast with a good amount of options. The coffees from their machines are pretty good too. Lovely hotel and hotel rooms. Would recommend.

Hôtel was nice looking and clean,room was clean but could do with a little work in the bathroom.Had a few drinks at the bar and food in the restaurant and everything was lovely.

Breakfast great. Altercation with another customer and staff in full view of restaurant not good look. Could do with small table next to both sides of bed but minor thing but presumably previous occupants contact lens left on floor of bathroom not great find Staff in leisure centre very helpful and same on reception desk

This hotel was perfect. The staff was so pleasant and professional. The hotel was clean, had great amenities and the air conditioning was excellent during at unusual heat spell. Would definitely come back again

We booked and drove straight there during the heatwave. Our home was busy hitting 30 degrees. This room was perfect. The air conditioning was heavenly. It was so good we didn’t explore the rest of the hotel. Would return.

The room was of very poor quality than expected.

Lovely stay and very fair price. Hotel lobby etc was very modern and immaculately clean, room was perfect for what we needed it for

Room was tired, shower pressure was very poor. The gym is old and rusted. The gym and swimming pool are part of a leisure centre so can be busy. The spa is over priced for the location.The restaurant is quite expensive. The fact you have to pay to park at a cost of £7.50 a day is a joke considering what you paying for the room.

The gentleman on reception who checked us in was really lovely and very welcoming. The room was nice and spacious. Pillows were a bit too soft for our personal tastes and rooms could do with a kettle but otherwise very happy with our stay. Breakfast was nice also. Staff definitely stood out for us as being the best feature of this hotel!

Very nice stay as a regular marriot guest. Unfortunately it seems the breakfast in my opinion has gone a little down hill. Hash browns not so crispy and the sausages seem a little less meaty. Always nice to have a swim even though the water is always cold. The sauna is lovely however. A lot of hotels now charge for parking as an extra income. It's a shame this hotel now does the same.

Good size room with two double beds, clean but a bit outdated. Swimming pool very nice, helpful staff and good food.
