We were very disappointed with our stay and unfortunately will not be returning due to the service we received. While I was taking a short 15-minute break in the sauna, I left my toddler with my teenage daughter by the pool. My daughter was using her phone only to play a video for the toddler to keep her calm and distracted while waiting for me. A staff member told her not to use the phone, so she understood that photos were not allowed and put the phone away in the bag, facing only towards the toddler so she could continue watching the video.
Despite this, she was approached again and told off, even though other adults around the swimming pool were openly using their phones without any issue. My daughter felt unfairly targeted and embarrassed. The staff were unsupportive, inconsistent, and lacked basic customer care.
On top of this, the cleanliness standards were poor. The evening before, our toddler dropped fries under the table during dinner in the restaurant. The next morning at breakfast we were seated at the same table, and the fries from the previous night were still there. That says a lot about the level of cleaning and attention to hygiene.
