Very quiet, great breakfast, superb location, very close to the bus / train station. Been here the last 3 years for 5 night stays every time. My come-to place in Kristianstad.

Convenient to the train station. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was very impressed with the broadband quality (although it could do with not being completely open for security reasons), and the vast array of breakfast choices was very welcoming each morning.

The reception was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious!!

The room was okay and the breakfast too. The reception was empty when I arrived, with sign to call a phone number (really, in the daytime?). And the room was not ready at 15.15 when I arrived, although it says the room is ready from 15.00, and I had to wait 5 min. There's is a very noisy Pub/venue at the townsquare - first rock music untill 1 hour after midnight, and the techno music for two hours until 3. So, I didn't sleep until after the music ended, and I had to get up at 8 :-( There was some earplugs in the room, as if you they there was a problem... ? But, I can't sleep with earplugs as they make noise in my head... You could also hear babies crying and couples having sex out in the hallway, so as such the hotel is not for people who want a quiet stay. The hotel is definitely not for my sensitive ears, while others might sleep well even with noise... Maybe they should warn guest about this issue up-front. After all, it is better to be warned, than to stay and get disappointed…

Centralt läge, rent och tyst rum med bekväm säng. Vänlig personal.

Trevlig personal, bra läge och väldigt fint bemötande av hund! Vi är jättenöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Allt var bra. Vi hyrde en stor svit med kök, vardagsrum och två sovrum. Bestyckningen av köket som var 0. Vi fick gå till frukostrummet och hämta allt. Allt annat var bra. Jättetrevlig personal. Bra läge. Vi är supernöjda.

Anlände rätt sent på kvällen efter lång färd men blev mycket bra bemött av väntande personalen som enkelt löste incheckningen. Även när jag kom tillbaka på natten då man behövde bli insläppt av personalen var det med bra bemötande och god attityd.

Det mesta var bra men det var lite kallt på rummet.

Rummet var rent och fräscht. Frukosten god. Dock lyhört. Hörde varje steg som togs i korridoren.
