The property was clean and very comfortable. It conveniently located off the highway. The breakfast provided a lot of options. We would definitely visit this hotel again.

The hotel is in a convenient location, next to the highway and the Quinte Mall, as well as easy access to downtown. Nice spacious room, clean and well maintained. Lovely complimentary breakfast with lots of options including bacon and eggs, beans, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, waffles, yogurt.

There system doesn't recognize anything booked through Expedia. There price is higher then shown on Expedia. They had to get the manager involved to fix it which they weren't on site

It was one of our best days at Fairfield. The staff was very polite, and the food was good. We also enjoyed the clean pool and had time to relax there. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. It's a fantastic location, especially because of its easy access to all the nearby stores. Overall, it was a great experience with convenient location and enjoyable amenities.

This was the first time staying in this hotel chain and I would gladly return. From the location, close proximity to the highway, the pool, the room and the breakfast it all met or surpassed my expectation.

Corridors need more sound proofing. All the noise of people walking and talking was loud in the room.

A quiet stay with a spacious room and comfortable bed

Only stayed one night, but it was perfect for what we needed. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. A little dated

Nice sized room. Very clean. 2 nice comfortable queen sized beds. Bathroom was also a nice size & clean. Easy parking & access. Came with a continental breakfast which was very good. We definitely would stay here again.

The cleanliness of the property

Our shower was broken. The tap had a trickle of water and the toilet was not connected. Promised points to compensate and none have appeared after a month and at least 2 emails to hotel and Marriott.

Room was clean, staff was great to deal with. Breakfast had lots of choice and hot. Parking was okay (few potholes, but not terrible)

I was really impressed with the Front desk staff, going above and beyond when I had an issue,. One concern, and it was specific to us, I hope. There was a cleaning gentleman who spent an odd amount of time staring at my friend's daughter in her bikini and pointing his camera at her. He repeatedly cleaned the same section of railing for almost 25 minutes. I commented to the front desk, and they said it would be investigated.

Breakfast was good, building was clean but really needs updating

It was an easy check in when we arrived and a nice big room to stay in. Unfortunately the pool was very cold and the ice machine on the 1st floor was broken.

Great experience

I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very nice and a perfect way to start the day. I also really appreciated the parking—it was convenient and made everything easier. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
