Great hotel. Stay here often. Need tho Reno’s have been done, still looks its age. Otherwise great staff and accommodations

The stay at the Ramada was a very beautiful experience. The room was clean and tidy, bathrooms perfect, parking very safe and convenient. The breakfast had a good selection of food and the staff was very helpful, couldn't ask for better service.

The staff was very understanding of frustrations led by the corporate web design and redundancy when checking in online and then having to do it again at the desk. There is coffee in the rooms AND the lobby. There is very affordable laundry facilities on site for longer stays, (no need to pack as much). Only drawback? Same food everyday for the continental breaky and no bacon ever....

We booked this hotel 45 minutes out of our way because it had a pool for the kids. After checking in we were told the pool was closed for maintenance but the hot tub was open. And the pool would be open by first thing the next day- crappy but ok, kids can go in the hot tub and at least we have the morning. (I couldn’t go in the hot tub as I’m pregnant) well come morning both the pool and hot tub were closed with no plan of being reopened. Such a disappointment for this kids and a waste of money for us. We would have stayed somewhere else that actually had working amenities. The front desk staff didnt seem to care either.

Clean, comfortable but missing towels… only had 2 bath. Front desk told me to come down and get them… and provided me with a mixed bag of all kinds of towels but no wash clothes… just gave up. Didn’t make breakfast, but had a delightful Indian dinner at the attached restaurant. 5 stars for the restaurant (Live Grill)

It was okay

Friendly Staff at the front desk and in the hallway! Recently updated. Very clean and fresh. Beds and pillows comfortable. Pool was lovely and warm. Hot tub nice and hot! Parking was easy and included in price. Complimentary Hot breakfast exceeded my expectations!

Quick check in. Friendly staff, hot breakfast next door with lots of tables or booths. Grandson loved pool and hot tub. Comfy bed and pillows. Did laundry twice $2 per load. Appreciate them having two washers and two sryers.

Excellent service!

It’s an older property but it was good and the staff were nice. The gym equipment isn’t maintained such as missing batteries so it doesn’t work at all

The sleeping area was very nice and updated, but the bathroom was quite old and not in the best condition. Staff were great.
