We had reservations because all of Wichita was booked due to state games. We got there to find the cable was out, there was no breakfast, an elevator was out. We checked in around 5 pm, the beds were unmade and there was dirty laundry on the chair. We went to the front desk and the employee said he'd get it done. We went to eat, returned around 8 to find nothing had changed. We went and got our own sheets and made our beds ourselves, no comforters were available, they were in the wash. We went and asked for a comforter at 10, only one was available. We asked for extra towels and none were available. In the middle of the night there was a horrible sewage smell that actually woke us up. It lasted for almost an hour. Only one lamp had a lightbulb, the door had broken spots in it that were never patched, it looked like a crime scene. Believe me, when we first walked into the lobby, saw all of the out of order signs we immediately tried to find a room somewhere else. Guaranteed we will never stay there again!!

Horrible experience we they didn’t have keys for us to check in with employee had to pry our door open sheets were brown didn’t have any blankets to give us the tv didn’t work and the peep hole was broken and stuffed with toilet paper the photos online did not match the actual hotel horrible horrible experience

Where do I even start? Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. They saidbit would be about an hour and a half, so I went and watched my son at his track meet. I got back at 7:15. My room wasn't ready until 8:30pm. Then they let me into the room but I had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring me a key for my room. There was no cable. They charge a $50 deposit that there was no mention of before I booked. There was not enough towels for people. While I was sitting there waiting for my room many guests were coming down to complain about not having towels or something not working in their room. My room had no ice bicket or shower gel. Worst stay I have had in a long time.

We got to the hotel at 4 our room wasn't clean. We went and had dinner came back around 6, still not clean. We went to the concert we were in town for and came back to the hotel. Our room was ready. They had no room keys available so the manager let us in to our sub par room. The room was older for sure and not that clean for how long we waited to get in it. The bed was not comfortable. I felt the springs and tossed and turned all not. Oh by the way, their cable was out so no television. The whole reason I booked this hotel was because of the swimming pool and hot tub but because we got in yhe room so late that wasn't an option for us. Not s very good experience.

The room was comfortable, and the ac worked well. The young man who checked me in was very nice. I told the morning clerk when I checked out that the toilet was gurgling all night which made it hard to sleep as there was no white noise to cover up the sound. At one point I went into the bathroom to investigate and there was a bowl full of bubbles in the toilet.

Room wasn't ready at 3pm checkin. I sat and watched them clean the room from 3pm-3:30pm. When I went in to the room it was fairly clean except for floor edges along the baseboards. The bathroom had a dirty floor. There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers. The beds were firm and not comfortable. The towels were washed but a couple were tattered and had stains. They needed to be replaced. The front desk was kind to me and let me stay an extra 30 minutes at checkout as I was not ready at 11am.

I get it they are busy but our room had no towels and no beddding. Less than half roll toilet paper. The carpet was very nasty in our room trash food under bed. A very scary fight sat night in lobby that my kids witnessed. Pool was ok not clean nor was hottub. Sanaas didnt work. I have worked in hotels before i get it on busy werkends but this was not ok.

The bathroom water was barely coming out the sink. The bathroom door had holes in it. The shower had red ink on the walls. I did scrub it off so it wasn't stained. Staff was just not welcoming at all.

Ok, let’s be realistic this is the Red Roof Inn. This is a budget friendly hotel, when we first walked in the staff was friendly and helpful, when we reached our floor and got off the elevator which needs some work, there was a sour smell in the hallway which already made me feel like my room was going to be horrible. When we went in the room it was actually pretty clean and of course no matter what hotel I stay in I search for bugs and I mean all bugs, not taking nothing home with me, which the room was clear of. Unfortunately the bathroom is in much need of a renovation, it just didn’t strike me as being clean and it made me feel dirty, even after I took a shower, I just didn’t feel clean. But if you need a spot for a day or two it will do, any longer than 3 days, I say spend the money for a nicer hotel.

The property was awful! The lobby looked very inviting and clean. Our check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 6:30pm and was told our room wasn’t clean and it would be 30 minutes. As we, finally, made our way up the stairs to our room, there was an exterior window in the hallway busted and missing. Our bedding had cigarette burns it, the ice bucket had what appeared to be ashes, and the coffee pod holder had broken jewelry in it. The pool area had a drop cord running next to the pool to the hot tub. The pool room was also missing glass.

Bought a room a week prior getting there. Unfortunately the property didn’t inform me until I got there which was late that my room was given to someone else. This would’ve been fine if I was told prior to my arrival but getting told getting there was just rude, inconsiderate, and horrible. Due to graduations, weddings, etc no hotels were available in Wichita. Don’t recommend!

Took them 2 hour to come up to my room to fix tv. Air conditioning was on 60 not any lower to keep room cool. Lost lot of sleep all night.
