Overbooked, dirty.

Cockroaches were crawling on the wall as soon as I entered the room. I checked out early. I slept with the lights on. The establishment smells like smoke and there is excessive noise from people at night. The staff members are exceptionally friendly, which give them a 5-star rating, but overall, I would give the hotel room and stay 2 stars.

Grossest place I’ve ever stayed. Carpet is disgusting and had to ask for a shower curtain. Never again

It was fine

The guy at the front desk was awesome. He was very helpful and very nice. I do wish they had an elevator. Those stairs are terrible. The hotel was pretty well clean. Nice linens. Although between our two rooms we had three beds. One king size and two doubles. All three of the beds were extremely hard. And they were quite high up.

Great place with great staff

Was dirty all of it! Never been to such a rundown hotel.store bought muffins and some coffee.very little.Seemed more like a homeless shelter.broken window in room.room smelled of heavy smoke.was a smoke free room,this place just needs shut down or rebuilt.house keeping didnt speak any English b

It was very nasty smelled horrible

Killed a cockroach and flea, bed skirting need burned, wires hanging out of ceiling where smoke detector should be,commode runs every 5 minutes and shower won’t drain. Worst thing is the stinch that is now embedded in me and my luggage.

It was a quick stay but my double room got turned into a single because that’s all they had left.

So much I can say but I’ll keep it classy!

My room was near the stairs at the end of the building. I am sure it was the inconsiderate guests upstairs running up and down the stairs.

Everyone is super cool

I have stayed here before and over the years this place has went down hill and is in serious need of updating and cleaning. We arrived to a room with a door that wouldn’t open without excessive force, the bathroom was not clean- moldy wash towel that’s been missed by house keeping on the curtain holder, sink drain was full of hair and lord knows what, paper holder duct taped into the wall and broken toilet seat lid. The cable lines were pulled and hanging out of the wall, coffee pot had mold growing in the water reservoir. Extremely disappointed in the condition they have allowed it to deteriorate too.

The drains in the bathtub did not drain out even after hours of waiting. The lobby and hallway floors was super dirty and the hotel had people fighting and screaming all night up and down the hallways.

Not very clean and killed cockroaches

First of all I reserved a king bed and got got two double beds half the lights wouldn't work in the room the toilet seat was busted off the toilet but set on there to look like it was good
