It was good for our 1 night stay, clean enough but definitely needs some updates. Staff was very nice

Location was nice. Too much air freshener in the hallway.

I love the convenience to Freeport shopping, the interstate and the quietness. The rooms are great, but I feel like. The carpets could’ve been a little cleaner and the vent in our bathroom did not work as well as it could have overall it was a great day. Would stay there again.

The room was filthy, the room smelled like mold/mildew. the gentleman at the desk was rude.

The staff was friendly, professional and caring. I had ordered flowers for my girlfriend and the staff placed them in the room to ensure the surprise.

The hallway was flooded and they threw a small towel over it all day, mold smell everywhere, very damp in hallways and room. Paper thin walls - very noisy impossible to sleep.

Bed wasn’t best and breakfast fair.

They had no hot water and didn’t share this info. Staff very abrupt

Friendly staffs

Comfortable stay and great breakfast. They had a washer and dryer which we should have used. Laundry mat much more expensive.

Great hotel with many small but excellent features like free laundry and snacks and drinks in the lobby. Staff is excellent and all very happy to be here. Property is great - modern and clean. Family friendly.

Multiple times someone tried to come in our room

Very limited amenities. Towels were small, soap and shower supplies limited. Room was very small.

There was no one at the desk when it was check in time. The person who finally came was very nice and apologized. Room was fine. Breakfast was fine. It was clean. Probably won’t go back.

Nice clean place to clean up and sleep

Nice place to stay clean and nice staff had laundry which came in handy for us on bikes and restaurant right across the street close to shopping also

The hotel was what you would expect for the price. Our room was clean. Bathroom could have been cleaner but it had a smokey smell. They were very accommodating, showed me two other rooms but they smelt musty and offered to let me have a refund. I'm sensitive to smells and the glade/floral smell in the hallways which looked old was overpowering. Again they were very accommodating. Please empty the bucket full of cigarette butts near the door it is gross.

Not enough towels in the room at check-in. Small rooms. Ripped curtains.

The hotel has some good features but still needs some continued renovations. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was dirty. The shower floor has clearly not been scrubbed between guests and the bathroom floor also had grit on it. There was a terrible smell in the room - was it a terrible smelling disinfectant of some sort or was it coming from the carpet? The pictures on the walls were nice but the carpet really needs to be removed from the rooms. That would go a long way towards improving the property. The included breakfast was good. There was only decaf coffee in the room (perhaps the cleaner didn't refill the Keurig pods after the last guest?) but fortunately there was real coffee at the breakfast since we had a long drive to do.
