Beautiful resort

Upon checking in, the woman at the front desk was very rude. It seemed as she didn’t want to be there. Not once did she smile or greeted us. There was also no help with our luggage. Not to mention as the days passed by we noticed many other families get treated way differently, and even receive a hotel tour when all we got was a flyer and no direction at all. Also upon checking in the receptionist only mentioned a charge or $47 for the hotel fees but I was charged $97 due to parking also. Even though we never received valet parking and was told we could self park our car with no charge. Which doesn’t make sense since we are guest at the hotel and not once was told about this fee. When it came to the room itself, it was not the cleanest. There is rust all over the room and the sink drain was broken. Overall nobody in there was welcoming except the valet employees. I don’t know if it was due to the color of our skin but we were not treated the same.

It was a beautiful fun filled place to visit. The wait staff were very friendly, it was clean and we felt safe and welcomed. The pool was very nice and beach was so easy to get to.

Everything about our stay was great. Check in was fast, room was great. Landshark grill was easy and quick to eat at. The pool is nice although you need to get there early to get seats. This was our second stay and we will be back again!

The pool is really nice and really fun they have a full bar, DJ, it was a fun experience.

I love the live DJ at the pool area and the bartenders at the swim up bar. I also love the pop up vendors, while I was there Patron Popped they lil ass up and I had a good time riding the bike to get shots. Close to the beach. Only downside is the restaurant on the premise is No Bueno. Good service but the food just ain’t it. Thank you..

The location is good. And the pool for kids are fun. But it doesn’t have hot tub. The pool water is kind cold during our visit. The carpet is not that clean. The fan at bathroom is very dirty and looks like mold growing there. The bath hot water is not hot enough. They don’t clean your room everyday. And our tissue is run out at last day as no one change or refill it.

Ants in the room, place is an incredible location but just a bit worn. Gym needs updating, etc

We’ve stayed at this establishment quite a few times but this time we feel that they have let the place run down! Not a pleasurable stay at all .. we will not be going back.. it’s a shame since our previous stays were so much better in previous years!

Restaurant and bar subpar. Coffee shop SUCKS!!!! Pool is nice.
