Our reservation included Club Room access, which was great for refreshments/snacks throughout the day/eve. The staff was very friendly.

Spotless and new room. Staff was super nice!

Too much plastic and trash to be thrown away/recycled. Everything we used was wrapped in paper or was plastic. Room was ok but no blanket. It was cold.

Nice place to stay on the waterfront in downtown Portsmouth. It is near the port so there is some industry nearby.

Front desk customer service was excellent. Also gentleman who served us breakfast was very friendly. Food was great. Loved the bed. And had a decent workout

Dinner in the restaurant needs to up its game and the bar stools need rubber on the legs because they make a god awful noise

Renovated spacious room and a location that's walking distance to downtown. The parking could be considered pricey, however parking in the area is a nightmare so it's worth it. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Checking into our room the safe was not working they told us we could change rooms and the room they gave us was a small triangler shaped room very claustrophobic, so we opted to stay in our original room took them several hours to fix safe so we lost our morning and early afternoon because of it
