Les déjeuners sont excellents, beaucoup de choix et toujours pleins. Belle piscine. Nous savons adoré le restaurant tout près.

The king bed was the nicest bed I've ever slept on.

This was my Third time staying at the Quality hotel, I booked this time for a personal trip as I've always stayed for work and been quite happy with the rooms, cleanliness and staff. This time we were in a basement room that smelt horrible and musty, and almost like stale smoke. The air unit blew warm humid air all night which only made the mustiness worse. My daughter and I both woke up with plugged noses and sore throats that went away as the day went on after we checked out which made me quite concerned as to how poor the air quality in the room were. The beds were comfortable as in the past and the staff were incredible but I was just quite disappointed in the room itself and will likely not chance booking again in the future due to the experience.

It was worth what we paid, a reluctance to offer a 1 hr later check out when we checked in late and the desk staff had no autonomy to make a decision. If there was a huge event etc understandable but the answer was not very professional when as an experienced traveller could assess the situation

To start, the first room I was giving had a drug paraphernalia on the table and the room smell so bad old cigarettes. I was giving a second room ( front desk was helpful) it this one smell better however however you can still smell the old carpet from the "80" ( you need to change the carpet in the rooms, smells like dirty socks. The picture of the Lobby DOES NOT match the room looks... deceiving!!!... The only good thing was front desk trying to make my visit comfortable... but the most Chocking for me was to ding out ( next morning) the mattress DO NOT have " Standard MATTRESS COVER" it have a thing cover that came come out while you sleep... and because of this, you can see other people sweat marks " ON THE MATTRESS " .. the bathroom was very clean and they do have iron and Iron board... I was please they have a microwave, however the refrigerator was not working ( I didn't want to bother anymore the front desk... the air conditioning was nice and cool and I did like the fact the windows are very big... that let a sun shine in the room... I just would have preferred that lobby match the room... I guess there still room for improvement.

In the hotel was perfect breakfast in the morning or was that a lot of choices and verification and screen very good

It was quiet and seemed like a safe area. The breakfast was a bit lacking.

My children and I love staying at this hotel. We book it quite often. Staff is always friendly and courteous! Always a great stay

My small sweet I think about 289 ft.² with a sofa and a chair and a good sized TV in front of the king size bed and a small desk area was adequate for my stay and Needs this room had a lovely view overlooking some trees in the back and was quiet and located on the executive fifth floor with less guest traffic and noise.. The main reason I stayed here was because of the sauna which I enjoy it’s a tiny little infrared sauna but it works and the adjacent pool all those small was adequate to cool off… The morning breakfast included with fresh scrambled eggs and bacon yogurt muffins bananas Etc. was quite acceptably adequate. Location was conveniently located off a couple of main road arteries to get to most places in Burlington in a Jiff.. I would recommend this hotel as it’s flexible and prices are quite affordable reasonable for a moderate hotel stay.

Clean room and nice staff

Enjoyed our stay! Very clean, very nice! Kind staff, very accommodating, so helpful, easy check in and check out! Every staff member we spoke with was kind! Front desk and cleaning staff, all so lovely!

The rooms seems updated but the floor space was small. Breakfast was good and hassle free as you served yourself.
