The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel was nice. Lobby modern and nice. The breakfast was excellent. Food fresh and hot. Good coffee. I would be back

The breakfast was good and the staff very nice. It a really convenient location and Jake's Restaurant (next door) is very good.

Clean room- Nice breakfast. They should change their pillows. Not comfortable.

Beds were old and worn. Paint in room looked tired and old. The hotel rooms definitely could use an update on the furniture also, the paint and decor. Also found the bar soap very small and smelled like wax. Front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Room sheets had bloom on them. Robe had stains on it.

Breakfast replenished quickly with good variety. Pool area clean with good water temp. Wifi connection strong. Workout areas would be better if combined + free weights. Toilet flooded but was snaked and water cleaned up quickly. Shower ceiling and edges could be cleaned better - black spots.

This hotel was amazing she was so fast at checking us in and the breakfast was awesome for what we paid the hotel was super clean very quiet and the room was perfect the bed was so unbelievably comfortable I had the best sleep I've had in a long time I wanted to take the bed with me LOL we will definitely be staying here if we ever traveled to Hamilton again

Clean room, decent breakfast, unfortunately the pool was closed for repair.

The room was clean. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was great. Didn’t use amenities. Only issue was that the tv guide we got from the front desk didn’t have the right channels. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A fairly typical hotel for this class with a good location. Bedding was clean and comfortable, but the entrance is confusing

Room was ok. Sheets and walls had dirty stains. Some crumbs and dust in bathroom floor. Hotel is outdated.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. All the staff we had interactions with were lovely (front desk and house keeping). My only negative comment was the room really didn’t get cool. Really only a problem for people who run warm at night like us. Overall great hotel for the price range.

The room was clean and spotless. The bed was the most comfortable mattress and pillows I have experienced in a hotel. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff helped make a wonderful Chilly Half Marathon weekend. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Advertised it had a pool. Paid extra to stay here. Pool was not open and closed for an extended duration without warnings. Could have stayed at neighboring hotels for $20-30 less such as Admiral or Comfort Inn. Then they rushed to kick my spouse/child out of room at 11am as i was on my way back from the marathon event in town. Sink in room was also semi clogged which made brushing teeth unpleasant. Otherwise okay. Not an ideal stay and now off to the Hilton for nearly the same money and with a pool

The location is convenient and the staff were kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. However, the hotel itself feels quite dated, and the included breakfast was extremely disappointing in terms of quality and compared to other hotels in the area that we have stayed at. Improving and refreshing both the space and the food offerings would significantly enhance the guest experience
