Not clean. Smoking smell. Outside noise.

Not a great hotel, but a kind of sleep over motel when travelling long distances. Carpet is in tartars, noisy bed/aircondition. Breakfast is okay.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, warm options at complimentary breakfast, and pool area seemed clean - great option for travel with a family!

Broken elevator. Otherwise meets expectations of a best Western.

The breakfast was great, lots of options and open early. The elevator was broken for the full stay which wasn't terrible just being on the second floor, but still could suck. The pool was much smaller than the photos showed, but kids still enjoyed.

Clean room

We got stuck in a super small room directly beside the pool, it was so noisy with doors slamming and the sounds of water running and rushing

The hotel was located conveniently for us, it was clean and the breakfast was adequate. Good coffee.

Not what was expected - especially from the photos. Way overpriced for what we got. We would have stayed 15 minutes away for the same nightly rate for a much better hotel.

There was a lot to like in this hotel. Parking was good, location was good, decent breakfast but the 2 queen beds were in poor shape. One had squeaky bed springs and both had too soft mattresses leaving both of us with sore lower backs. The negative trumps everything good about the place. I would rather have had one decent king size bed than 2 uncomfortable queen sized beds

The smell from the cleaning products is overwhelming. The bed was super squeaky and woke me up every time I rolled over. Other than that the staff was wonderful and it’s a very convenient location. Clean and well maintained.

Both the sink and tub drains were slow. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, no screen in the window. Children above us were jumping on the floor at 5am. Serviceable enough for a single nights stay but will look for somewhere else or drive a little further for something better.
