Tout est pratique: emplacement au centre-ville, l’accès au stationnement, le restaurant-bar, la salle de gym. Seul bémol, les horaires d’ouverture de la piscine. Sinon, tout est parfait!

The staff were great especially since we didn’t speak very much French. The parking was a little confusing but that could’ve just been my understanding of the situation. One would think parking should be included in the price of the hotel but it was something I had to pay separately when I arrived. Otherwise it was great and the event we were attending was hosted right at the hotel.

Pool was never open during the day weekdays and the one free afternoon was Saturday to find they had just treated the pool right after lunch and it was closed for the rest of the day till closing at 9pm. Only hot tub was open. No forewarning! Tires on luggage carts were all but one cart filled with the right amount of air. Very hard to push when loaded. For this franchise of hotels very disappointed!!! Will not return or recommend.

I loved the bathroom products, they smelled so nice.
