The staff are amazing. So friendly and made us feel special. Delfino especially. Hotel is modern, great decor and spacious.

Location and service were impeccable. The hotel had a very good atmosphere as well. Amenities were extensive. Rooms slightly dated but not to the point of being uncomfortable. Prices were extremely fair given location and amenities. I would stay here again for sure.

The room and the bathroom were very clean. It was very convenient to have a quick breakfast at Café Tamayo inside the hotel. The Blue Bar was nice, and we watched the Super Bowl on the two big TV screens. We also had dinner at La Huerta, which was very good. The concierge was very helpful. They were able to arrange a private tour two days before we arrived.

A beautiful example of modern Mexican architecture, this jolted has been refurbished in the same elegant style of its orginal design. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service is professional and friendly. We’ll be looking forward to staying here again!

We only parked.our car for 18 minutes and we were charged for 2 hour parking. The food was so expensive and it was just ok. I have a special needs child and I was given a room way too far from lobby entrance.

The heated pool!!!! It is like a hot tub and outside…I was in it day and night!

What truly wonderful time it was. Right when I arrived and was greeted by Angel the doorman who remembered me from last year and Paul the afternoon doorman who also remembered me to your wonderful staff it was truly a great experience.

Beautiful hotel, great artwork, with lovely cafe, daily room cleaning, two hip bars, amazing service and attention, located just a brisk walk from a lovely park with museums. The restaurants are decent but not amazing, the brunch being the highlight. The architecture is somewhat harsh, with required longer walks. Still, it is very much worth the money.
