the room was dated but clean, hairdryer in there too, there were some suspicious looking marks on the main mattress that the sheet didn’t cover, all staff were lovely x

The place was clean and the staff were lovely. I must say that the breakfast was nive and enjoable.

Great place, staff are very friendly and helpful. I only have 2 problems. 1. The beds aren't comfortable and 2. They need double glazing windows, the hotel is right next to the police station and a main road so there are constant sirens which you can hear very clearly

There was heating in the room. When I asked the reception they said there is a problem heating ans they provide a heater which was nit enough for the room the temp was at night -3. Wont recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a car park close by and the town centre is an easy walk. Our room was clean and functional which is fine as this is a budget hotel. There was a strong smell in our room ( maybe damp?) that we mentioned to the staff. You adjusted to it in the room but when you’d been out and returned it was very noticeable. Hopefully they can get this fixed.

The room was clean, comfortable and an amazing shower room. Will definitely stay here again when back in Hull. Also the staff were lovely.

Great value stay in a great location. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and comfortable with a great shower and a comfortable mattress on the bed. We could not fault our stay at the Ibis. ( a great breakfast too )

The hotel is generally ok and corresponding standards & expectations, however it's quite smelly in some of the rooms.

Dust everywhere and cobwebs all over the room high up but still? Heating in room didn't work room cold, i did tell them the next morning but not until next morning i couldn't be bothered to go down late at night so put up with it. Staff very polite.

Clean room . Comfortable bed. Great location. Great staff and cheap and easy local parking around the corner. What more can you ask! Troy.
