The hotel is expensive for almost 4 million a day but there is no trash can, no tissue, no electric heating thermos, for 4 days the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed, the reason is covid can't clean the room.

Great location but check in time has a big difference comparing to check out time. So we have to wait for check in. And when we asked for late check out 1 day before, they said we could check out on 12 but on morning, when we reconfirmed again, they said only can do until 11.30am. Also you can hear voices outside of your room. Late night, sometime too noisy
