Last night the bar staff let us order at closing time, midnight, and they were pleasant about it. Good front desk staff. Better than average breakfast. Grand old style hotel that we have stayed at before, and will stay at again in BsAs.

Highly recommended!

Todo muy bien en general en mis 4 días , solo el desayuno que fue lo mismo en los 4 dias ..

El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada. El personal fue sumamente amable y te ayudan en todo lo posible. Es un edificio bastante antiguo pero bien conservado y con renovación aparentemente reciente. El desayuno es amplio aunque es totalmente repetitivo todos los días Es muy probable que vuelva al establecimiento ya que nos gustó. Uno de los ascensores se averió y duraron demasiado para repararlo.

Great place with great location. Breakfast is average. Very nice inside. Noisy due to traffic so have white noise.

Great location, walkable distance to most major attractions. Historic and clean property with antique artifacts and decor. Highly recommended for anyone staying at BA.

This a grand hotel from days gone by. The location is perfect for getting around the city. Staff is excellent and very accommodating.

Great room but would have liked a few more amenities.

Javier at the front desk was extremely helpful and an asset to the hotel.

Hotel was is a great location. Centrally located downtown to lots of public areas and restaurants. The rooms were clean and quiet, which i especially appreciated being downtown in the city.

Although our suite was beautiful and spacious, the breakfast was the worst we had in a month being in Buenos Aires. With scrambled eggs swimming in water, terrible protein options, and almost no fruit, it was easily the worst in the city, and we paid extra for breakfast, it wasn't an automatic cheap "free" breakfast. just terrible

In total was ok. The biggest surprise was that our room had almost NO windows (only a very small opening) in an unpleasant inner courtyard.

We stayed here for a short trip to Buenos Aires. Our flight arrived early in the morning and the front desk agent was extremely wonderful and allowed us into our room early so we could rest/shower after 24+ hours of travelling. The staff in the lobby bar was also very wonderful and kind to us. It is a beautiful property, from the lobby, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the stairs, to the rooms. We found the location to be great, along a major avenue, close to National Congress, and walkable to many other areas of the city. They were also able to arrange an very reasonable rate for a Tango show and dinner, with transportation included.

Breakfast was alright and as expected. Air-con in room was ok and operating well. Best is location of hotel and value
