Everything is perfect! Great place! Easy access, close to downtown, i really recommend.

The check in gentleman was very politically opiniated and anti vax. We never brought up the topic but the moment he saw us wearing masks, he started his ridiculous rant about government requirements on individual. The hotel is old but well located. The towel racks in the bathroom were constantly hot to the touch and the soap tray in the shower was ready to fall.TV signal was horrible and outdated. Constant interruptions. The rest of the staff was nice and cordial.

Very good locations if you are looking to stay close to stores, bakery, mall, gas station.. pretty much everything. The valet gentleman Max was always ready to help!

Excellent location and comfy room, it has a pool, considering the fact that few hotels in the center have one. Breakfast could just have a bit more of variety. Staff also needs to put more attention sometimes.

Rooms are renovated which was much needed. Breakfast starts early morning which is good. wifi is good. Area around the hotel is very nice.

All the Hotel staffs were very kind and provided nice service.

This is a more old-fashioned hotel, at least in the rooms, but it was suitable for our stay. Note there can be some loud sounds outside, so bring earplugs. We liked the breakfast buffet and even had a nice dinner at the hotel one night.

Great service. An older hotel but clean. No irons or ironing boards. I suppose they expect your suits to be fresh out of your luggage after travelling 38 hours. Overall, okay.

Good but not outstanding business hotel. Facilities like Wi Fi etc. are good, breakfast is more than average in quality and variety of a Brazilian hotel. The property is a bit outdated and could use a face lift, but nothing is obviously wrong. Would recommend this hotel to my business associates at any time, but warn them of long lines for check-out in the morning.

The staff speak english and was very helpful, breakfast is good. Rooms are a little bit small but ok. Nice hotel
