Good location, good room, good service.

The room is near the train tracks. It's too noisy.

My room is beside the route of train to/ fr kyoto station so the sound of train is so loudly.

Although the hotel location is near Kyoto Station, they have a shuttle from/to Kyoto Station. Good service and a good attitude. I remember one of the shuttle employees (I'm sorry, the bald one with glasses) picking up garbage from the station (even though the garbage was not his or a guest’s and kept it in his plastic bag). I don't remember his name, but it touched my heart seeing that.

The location is very strategic, close to the station, restaurants, and convenience stores. but unfortunately the room is cramped. I ordered the Kyoto Style type for more than 3 million per night. the price is expensive and the room is cramped for 2 adults and 1 child. breakfast for children is subject to an additional charge of 1000 Yen. many paid facilities.

Spacious room, great hotel, bus shuttle to Kyoto station is a plus. Love it a lot!

We were happy and definitely would love to stay there again next time. Walking distance to the Kyoto Station, shuttle to and from Kyoto station was also available, spacious room for 4 people, clean and cozy room, very close to Aeon Mall and many convinience stores such us 7-11, Lawson and Family Mart. Definitely recommended hotel 👍.

We are 5 adults and 1 child booking a family room. very comfortable and spacious room. Complete amenities. Two bathrooms 1 chapter place. Will definitely return to this hotel if you go to Kyoto.

Clean hotel with good facilities quite big single bed 120cm far away everywhere, Seven 11 some distance away, there is shuttle bus to st kyoto, breakfast is normal, tastenya tolerable.

Recommended..love the service, love the room, love the location..I didn't try the breakfast..but I saw the restaurant always full so I think it will be wonderful also..I would love to stay in here again, I recommend to all my family and friends..

Convenient and close to the station, makes traveling easy.

The free shuttle bus is so efficient! Saving some walking energy especially during winter time. The lobby looking good but will appreciate if the room size could be slightly bigger as the TV cabinet is kind of close to the bed. Only allowing one person to pass by at one time. Other than that, I think is value for money. Oh ya they provide nespresso coffee machine!

Really love my stay here. The room is spacious and the amenities are great. Not to mention the service is wonderful. Next time back to Kyoto will stay here again.
