Safe & convenient location

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Awesome little oasis on the rooftop with view of el angel de indepencia. The pool and hot tub are small but quite nice. The staff are amazing. We forgot our stuff in the safe and they made sure everything was ok until we returned to get our things. Nice restaurants in the lobby but tons of restaurants nearby, coffee shops, ice cream. It’s a lovely neighborhood.

We received "business club" access which included an amazing breakfast buffet, free water bottles and soft drinks daily, a happy hour with snacks and free beverages, etc. The corner room ended up huge. It was a double room with a bedroom and a living room. Each side would have been a large room. Staff was awesome too, although we didn't speak a whole lot.

Excellent performance from every staff member. Would stay there again if in Mexico City.

It is people attention and customer service that shine from Galeria Plaza Reforma. It was a lovely experience.

Everything was clean staff was very nice especially Carlos My one issue is the bathroom is super smooth I had a slip and fall I had to take a towel and shower on it for the rest of my time staying there

Room terrible. Air conditioning not working. Shower pressure and not very hot water horrible. Change rooms and same problem. No good.

Staff friendly, beds comfortable, hotel in good location. Cons Air cond noisy and didnt get cool enough. No water pressure in shower. Business level buffet everything cold.

The staff was wonderful. They were very accommodating and friendly.

The bed was comfortable and there were black out drapes which were appreciated. Loved the 2nd bathroom!! Staff were very friendly :) The room was clean. The carpets could use an update - they really date the hotel. (Flooring would be even better and cleaner.) Rooftop pool area was nice. We would return to this hotel.

The best experience I’ve had at any hotel so far worldwide. The service and location was terrific and the amenities were so plentiful I couldn’t take advantage of them all while I was there!

Location was very good. The staff was excellent and it was nice and cleaned. The beds were comfy.

This is our third stay at the Galeria Plaza ....in the last year. The staff, The Pool, The Breakfast, Room service , general amenities .... all boxes are ticked. Love the location - will be back again in June. Thanks ! I will be back again in June.
