The hotel has an excellent location right in front of the malecon were you can enhoy beautiful sunsets. It is walking distance to charming Mazatlan downtown Centro Histórico. The hotel is old and could use a nice upgrade but it is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Building is a little outdated but it's in ok conditions. Customer service was good and room was clean. My only complaint was the bed. It was pretty hard. The view is stunning though and close to everything.

This property is old but clean. It is quite quaint and lovely. The front desk staff were very nice. The bartender Luis was amazing! Wonderful, friendly man and best margaritas and Pina Coladas we have had in Mazatlan. The only downside for us was the lack of an elevator and it is very loud at night as it is on the Malecón. We would stay here again! The location is wonderful! Close to everything! The views from the patio are also incredible!

I stayed here for a week, very clean and very nice view of the ocean , I would stay here again. Only thing I wish the room had a refrigerator and the shower drain got clogged one time . Not sure if it was from the sand we had in our clothes after swimming in the ocean. But that doesn’t mean it was a bad experience at this place. I definitely would stay here again The bar downstairs it’s awesome you feel the breeze as you have a drink .

People were lovely and the hotel was super convenient to the Museum of Art, where I was in an exhibition (only 3 blocks!). The room was fine and the view was phenomenal, but the street noise was hard to block out. No water pressure in the shower. Also very close to truly amazing restaurants - in fact, I did not have even a mediocre meal in Mazatlán - delicious and sophisticated! I would have chosen another hotel but I managed to get a last-minute deal - frankly, no complaints - it was fine and Mazatlán is fabulous with lots of arts and culture.

Location of this hotel was the best part. Our ocean view room on the 3rd floor was spectacular. We sat out on our little balcony enjoying a drink and watching the world go by on our tMalecón many times.

I did not even stay at the hotel, I needed my aunt to stay with me and the fee was additional 119, I booked the palms for just 90 for both me and my aunt, I felt they were taking advantage of me because it was a last minute change

This is a good hotel right In front of the Malecón it's a few blocks away from the cathedral and the historical center. the staff is friendly and check in is simple and easy. This hotel is in older so its nothing fancy but its kept up well. Its good for the price and the ocean view.

Room is very clean. No coffee pot which sucks because none of the coffee places is open till 7 AM.. the beds could use an upgrade and be softer however, the cost was effective so you just pick your battles. Great location great place to stay for a couple days. Great bar great doorman great staff five star review review

Room & location was wonderful. All the front desk staff was super rude. Pretty sure they don't like Americans. We're very stingy about pool towels and ran out even though hardly anyone was there as guests. They advertised hamburgers and other food EVERY DAY but it was never available. Besides that......we loved the charm of the open area bar and beach view and location! Super clean

This is the best location in town. Make absolute certain you get an ocean view room. Mexico is loud. With a very convenient location comes a lot of noise. People love blaring their car stereos all hours of the night. Make certain that you bring ear plugs. Wonderful view of the ocean from your room and a beach directly across the street. The hotel won't loan you beach towels for the beach. You will need to bring your own.
