Good location, clean room. Pool looks nice but didn’t have time to use it. Good for a brief stay.

Worth value, nice location

Went to Napier for the Hawkes Bay Marathon. This Hotel was in a great location to start the Half Marathon and to get the Buses to other start points and for Race Pack Pick up. The beds were not that comfortable. There was a lot of road noise, which made for a unsettled nights sleep. Short walk to City Centre to get dinner.

great value for money. Not warm enough for us to enjoy the pool this time. Maybe next time.

Good location easy walk to town on seafront. Close to supermarkets.Skate park across the road which is great for kids and they love it the music may not be to the taste of all if wanting a quiet spot but they turned it off quite early. Booked as had a heated pool but had a problem so not open which was disappointing.

Clean, basic, a bit dated but we were just staying one night, I like the kitchenette which was handy for a fast breakfast! Great location to the beach and a kids playground. We ate at K’s kitchen and it was great too. I’d pass on the breakfast buffet, average at best at $25!

Need to change the mattresses (not level)

Although the restaurant is separate from hotel, the staff on the desk knew very little about opening times of the restaurant.

Loved the location on the Marine Parade. Central, walking distance to supermarket, shops,cafes and restaurants. The sea view, from the balcony was lovely. The hotel services were very helpful and friendly. The room was average, good sunblock curtains. King size bed but very uncomfortable, could feel the inner springs in the mattress. Had a spa bath, with overhead shower. The taps and temperature tricky at 1st. But climbing in and out of the bath required holding the rail careful foot placement.

A fabulous spacious room for two, close to town, amazing seaview! Cant wait to visit again!

Property was everything we needed. Parking with restaurant and bar attached. Can walk to everything

The rooms have zero sound proofing, everything feels paper thin and you can hear everything from the hallway, even when people are whispering. 11pm on my last night and some random is playing the harmonica outside the door,

This was the second stay here. Its so well placed and value for money. We were very comfortable here and would definitely stay here again .

Parking on site tight. Pool no longer heated, but a good size. View from balcony good. Shower over bath a bit difficult to get into for elderly people.

Nice place to stay in Napier, close to amenities and a nice view from the balcony. Only issue is stairs make it difficult for less mobile people to access the room.

Great location. Great motel.

No lifts so you need to take luggage up stairs if you're on the 2nd floor. Our room Studio King Ocean View had everything we needed. Parking a bigger vehicle could be an issue as the area is quite tight.
