Hotel states there is free continental breakfast. In the morning there was only coffee and no food at all. We picked this hotel based on the breakfast so we can grab and go but nothing to grab. There was no kitchenware, you have to ask the front desk but when I went down there, the person was on the computer and would not assist me so I used napkins as plates. There is no ice machine at all

Reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights they checked us out after 2 nites and didnt refund the third nite now trying to get money back. Wifi was down so had to wait in lobby for 1 1/2 hrs to check in first nite.

I’ve have stayed her once a week for three months. It’s OK but this last time I stayed for 6 days. I’m 70 years old, my wife is handicapped. We stayed on the second floor and the elevator stopped working. We had to walk down two flights of stairs with all our luggage and other items. Was not a pleasant experience..

The staff was nice. The few I didn’t like was that you needed to ask for your kitchen things and return before you leave. If you wanted clean towels you had to take your dirty ones to the desk and they counted them then gave you clean towels. I never had to do that before. You also had to throw your own trash away. Heads up this is a very basic hotel. Plus it says breakfast there is no breakfast just coffee and muffins.

My house is going through a rehab so my property management company placed my husband and I in this hotel for 11 nights. We were notified that the rehab was going to take a few more days so we would need to extend the stay. The woman working at the front desk who identified herself as the General Manager, Nariah, was rude and dismissive and told us there were no reservations available even though online it should we could extend our reservation and a young gentleman who was working the front desk had told us that all we would need to do was get our property manager to sign a form confirming the extension and he said it would be emailed to my property manager whose email was already on file since she booked the reservation. My property manager then extended the stay by confirming the new reservation online. We were then told my Nariah that we were going to need to vacate our room and leave because there were no more reservations available. When we told her we reserved the room online and were waiting for the form to be sent to our property manager, she got irate, began raising her voice and was questioning why we would go behind her back and book online when she told us there were no more reservations available. I told her there were reservations available online so our property manager booked it and then she began to call me a liar all at the front desk with a line of people behind me. It was beyond humiliating and was the straw that broke the camels back. Horrible experience

Room was very clean. No shampoo in the room, you had to ask for it. Bed was ok for comfort. Free breakfast shouldnt be called that. Horrible tasting pre-packaged muffins, granola bar and packaged ostmeal. Room was quiet.
