the hotel was not really a clean one and the staff was not friendly.

The hotel was very clean, multiple choices for breakfast. Rooms were clean and maintained well. Staff was friendly. We did not use the pool, so can’t comment on that.

Travelled from Canada. First time in Sweden and the staff were so helpful. Very quiet, safe and comfortable.

We specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool. Unfortunately the shallowest end of the pool was 1.7m deep so not any good for taking a 1 year old swimming as we couldn’t even stand up ourselves with our heads above water. If I had known this when booking I would have picked another hotel. Other than that it was clean and what you expect from a hotel. Breakfast was good, nothing spectacular, just your average breakfast.

Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel is actively under construction, with dust, noise, and ongoing work throughout the property. It felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. This should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Paying full price for a hotel in this condition is unacceptable. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this place until construction is completed.
