We were really disappointed with the state of the coffee machine, which was visibly dirty. When we requested a replacement, the staff informed us that maintenance wouldn't be available until the next morning due to evening unavailability. The service and facilities fell short of expectations.

It smelled awful

The rooms were decent—clean and with some recent updates. However, this location may not be the best choice for families with children. We noticed some concerning activity, including individuals loitering in the parking lot and unusual behavior from other guests. Due to these factors, we ended our stay early. On a positive note, the pricing was reasonable.

I wound up staying a total of three nights, in two different rooms. Both rooms were mostly clean and comfortable. The carpet in the first room was filthy dirty, even though the rest of the room was clean. The problem is poor maintenance and repair. The deadbolt lock in the first room did not work. The shower curtain rod (both rooms!) were falling off the wall. The ice machine in the lobby was leaking water. The urinal in the mens room in the lobby leaked water when you flushed it. The hallways smell like mold and mildew. Probably from all the water leaks in the building! The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying there again.

Nice and clean

Charged a fee for smoking in the room. I havent smoked anything including cigarettes in almost 30 years. To be accused and charged $250 fee for smoking in the room is absurd. Think the hotel is trying to pull a fast one and pad their books

They cancelled my reservation without me knowing and didn't even have the decency to try to make it right. We had to travel elsewhere to find a hotel at 11 at night.

Felt horribly unsafe. First room we were assigned smelled like cigarettes. We were moved to another room which smelled like someone next door was smoking, the shower head couldn’t stay on the wall, and the floor was sticky. Perhaps I was naive, but I also felt horribly unsafe in the area (it did not help that there were people sleeping in cars in the parking lot). The staff was polite enough, but given the lack of cleanliness, inherent feeling of unsafety, and the poor condition of basic amenities (like a shower), I would not stay here again. At app. $100 p/night, it was a gross over-payment.

Getting to the location , very unsafe area

Basic maintenance is lacking. Shower curtain rack loose and didn't keep water in shower, door of closet off track and inoperable, food from previous guest left in microwave, toilet paper roll holder loose and allows roll to fall out.

The Pool was disqusting. The paint was chipping everywhere around the pool. So when you walked to get it you would take paint chips into the pool with you. No towels in the pool either, had to go back out and ask front desk for some. Breakfast was uneddible other then the yogurt. Bed was hard as a brick. Front desk staff we receptive and nice at least

Despite the bad reviews, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. We work night shift, at one of the local hospitals, and we enjoyed the quietness, pet friendly room, and 110% enjoyed getting off work and having a free breakfast at 7:30a.m.!

No problems

I had a great experience here while visiting my father at Barnes hospital. It’s a 15-20 minute easy drive to Barnes. The room was clean, bed and linens were comfortable. There is a grocery store close and several fast food places close. The price was great and was close enough to the city for easy travel.

There were no issues. My room was ready and check in was fast!
