Do not stay here during the summer, they do not have air conditioner. We couldn’t even open the window because they do not clean their windows and had many spiders on their windows.

The only thing I needed was a table fan and the staff arranged it promptly. They were very helpful in providing a ride to the train station when no taxis showed up early morning. Otherwise I would have missed the train.

Quote old hotel on the main floor. We had a family superior suite and it was a good size for five of us but unfortunately very old. I think they are renovating so the new rooms might be better. The hotel is well situated in Kilkenny, everything is nearby. The pub on the ground floor was very useful but can be slow. Check out Pizza Bianca down the road for takeout and Ri Ra coffee drive thru.

A very nice and well-kept hotel that offers a swimming area, two saunas, and a spa. The hospitality was great. Perfect hotel for our next days at the Gap of Dunloe. No fuss for the parking.

Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful during heatwave. No AC anywhere in this hotel so sleeping was an issue..Felt the room was lacking small things like a face cloth or decent water glasses. The tub shower was dangerously slippery - not good for 2 seniors. Also found it very interesting that the hairdryer and iron were basically bolted down. Never seen that before anywhere.

Parking was convenient. The bar/restaurant on site was nice to use. The room was clean. Only downfall was that there was no air conditioning only heat. We were able to crack open a window to cool it down a bit. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Stayed a quick overnight. Beds were comfortable. Ample parking. One of the reasons for booking was Expedia listed that it had laundry facilities but it was more laundry services. The reception was helpful in providing alternatives such as the self service laundry machines by the Circle K. She was even going beyond helpful by checking if it comes with detergent or if I need to purchase my own. I did not opt to use the self service as it wasn’t convenient for me at that time.

Parking was convenient in an open parking lot. Walking distance to center of town and short drives to sites of interest

The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car.
