The hotel is located right near Narita Airport, making it incredibly convenient to get there, and they offer a constant shuttle service. Because it's so close to the airport, there aren't many entertainment options nearby, but the hotel still has plenty of amenities, including restaurants and souvenir shops. The price is reasonable, the rooms are more spacious than other hotels in Tokyo, have beautiful views, and are clean. Overall, it's a 10/10 for anyone needing accommodation near the airport.

The staff speaks English. The rooms are very spacious and quite clean. There's a 24-hour convenience store (konbini) and Matsumoto Kiyoshi (not open 24 hours). Shuttle buses are available to and from Narita Airport. If you have an early flight, it's best to stay here. 👍

Everything is good except the air condition. We stayed on March. The central air con is too hot in our room. We asked to lower the temperature, but it can't. They suggest to open the window at night. This is not comfortable for us 'cos we have a baby with us.

Check-in was very fast and the service was excellent. The location is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle bus service.

The location and airport shuttle are great. There's also a Family Mart in the lobby, so if you arrive late, you'll have food. Other issues are mediocre. The hotel staff are average, just friendly because they're on duty, but there's no warmth. If you leave your luggage for two days and return to the hotel, you have to pay 1,000 yen per day. The hotel is old, and the sheets are a bit rough.

Free shuttle bus Airport-Hotel-Narita JR Train Station-Aeon Mall-Hotel. They didn't give us mineral water because we can drink tap water from the sink (wastafel) in the bathroom. Unusual for us to get a drink in the bathroom, however the water is okay.

The hotel was great, the space is quite big, and from our room we had a beautiful scenery. My son really loves to see the airplane from his room. The hotel has a shuttle to the airport & Aeon Narita. This is my 2nd time to stay at this hotel. Thank you

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with check-in. The location is very close to Narita Airport. A free shuttle bus runs to the airport every 30 minutes, which was very helpful. The room was very spacious, and it was very comfortable for two adults and two children. The cleanliness was very well maintained.

This hotel provided a shuttle bus from and to Narita Airport - Hotel. The food was so delicious, and you chose the right hotel if you want a hotel close to the airport, only 5 minutes by shuttle bus. I stayed for 1 night because my flight is tomorrow morning, so we are not rushed to get a train from the central city.

Room is clean and big space. Check in and out was very fast, shuttle bus to airport was very convenient, many buses standby.

There is a souvenir shop, Matsu Kiyo, bus transfer to the airport and downtown (Aeon Mall), very helpful.
