Probably is what should be expected for the price, but I’ve stayed in nicer rooms for the same amount. New furnishings, but not updated fixtures. Clean enough, but I did see a bug in the desk drawer. Staff was very friendly. Didn’t stay for breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

Our room was fine, but the halls and elevators smelled awful. The air conditioner quit working in the lobby and gym. Customer service was really good. We were on the 3rd floor, the beds were comfortable.

Beds were clean & comfortable. Rates were considerably better than neighboring hotels. Breakfast was a plus. Floors in elevators and some common areas could have been better cleaned, but overall great value and would stay again. We felt safe & it was quiet.

I don't think the check in was very good, not friendly, on her phone, not giving details until I asked.

Reasonable price, convenient, and pet allow. Very nice staff. It is an older facility, but well maintained.

Great stay very comfortable quiet

Lipstick on a pig. Lobby and entrance have been upgraded. Not the rooms. Sticky floors and counters. Stains all over the couch, Carpet in bedroom looked old and used…wouldn’t dare walk in it barefooted.

Overall ok hotel. However, suite with pull out bed, but it was basically a large ottoman scooted up to couch. Of course it was very uncomfortable and would not stay together. Remote in living area tv did not work. Four people staying in room and we had two bath towels and two wash cloths.

The beds were super comfy!

Was everything we were looking for in a hotel.

This is an older hotel that has tried to update. The beds look fairly new but are uncomfortable. Pillows flat. The carpets look almost camouflaged from wear, tear and filth. The bathroom vent was so covered in dust and mold we ended up skipping showers and driving to our next location. The product they wash linens and towels in made me break out in to rashes, and I do not have sensitive skin. The air conditioning didnt work. The hotel is set at a stifling 80F. Breakfast... they tried... typical continental

Very nice room and location

Filthy room. Broken faucet in bathroom- broken toilet that couldn’t flush. Gross smell in the bedding. Like sweat and Lysol spray. Will not ever stay there again

There was quite a bit of noise not their fault. The breakfast was horrible. The bagel was frozen solid. The eggs are powdered and cold. It’s just not good.

Great friendly front desk staff tht checked us in. This hotel is my go to when in Chattanooga the bed is so cozy and breakfast is a plus.

Good enough for a short stay.
