Very old hotel that need a bit more tender loving care for facilities.

Everything and everyone...always wonderful.a very relaxing and happy place to stay. I highly recommend them! Helpful, professional, friendly, supportive and understanding.

Hotel is clean but feels old in the end, the beds are super comfy and soft, everything in the room worked fine and our stay was good for the time we actually spent there. Right in the center of everything. The only couple things is morning staff we had to ask twice for clean towels and it's been long time I don't have to worry about a deposit at check-in.. that was unexpected.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The furniture was worn and scarred but serviceable. The property is located downtown, making it convenient but also in an area where it felt unsafe to be out alone after dark. I felt the price was very reasonable for what I received.

Staff was very friendly, and helpful. The room was great. Will stay here again if I ever need a hotel in Peterborough again.

This hotel is outdated in the best possible way— it feels like going to a rich relative's house in the 90s. Ornate and stylish, lots of character to the place. Tub also had jets, which was a great surprise. Room had a fireplace, but it was summer so they had the gas turned off. Water cooler in the lobby (very hot weather when we stayed, so this saved us), they pay for your parking in the King Street garage, room had a small window A/C unit but it got the job done very well. Great stay for Musicfest

Hotel is very well located in downtown Peterborough. Staff are helpful and room amenities more than adequate.

This hotel was very unique. Front desk staff were very helpful. Bed very comfortable. 5☆ for sure. Centrally located to all Amenities. Our room was large, spacious without the cookie cutter layout. Definitely stay here again.

The room was clean but the temperature in the room was quite high as the room air conditioner did not cool the room and made for an uncomfortable sleep.

The room was oddly shaped where only 1 bed could see the Tv and the other bed you would have to lay at the end of the bed to watch tv Breakfast was not much... cereal rolls , very old fruit
