Needed a stay for 1 night while on the road. Booked online. Arrivedto check in, staff member was on the phone. He didn't acknowledge my arrival, and, once iff the phone, continued working at his desk. 2 men arrived, and with that, staff member got up to assist them first, but they stated that i was ahead of them. He was sullen and as unhelpful as could be. I filled out the paperwork and we went up. The room was basic, it could definitely use some freshening, fresh paint and upgrades to the sad looking bathroom. Overall, its a mediocre place and I would never stay here again.

was disappointed in the breakfast. The whole time we were there they never refilled anything. No amenities in bathroom. Furnishings were in need of repairs.

Hôtel is in need of major refurbishment of rooms, its interior and exterior. The grounds were not well maintained.

Room was a bit too warm at times but overall was quite comfortable.

The one-bed room was quite hot as in the third floor and under the roof - to be expected when traveling in Germany in summer...

Very good stay

Very friendly staff! The parking downstairs isn't for free, so you will need to look for a parking spot in the area. They came really early to clean the room by the way... Wifi wasn't that great.

It was nekar the city. And a big shoppingcenter. Very good good on the hotel.

Pleasant short overnight only stay on the way to Denmark. Beds were quite uncomfortable but everything else was good, especially appreciated the service!

We have been to this hotel over the last 8yrs on many occasions to visit family that live locally. Unfortunately on this occasion we were hugely disappointed with the hotel and the lack of modernisation. It's looking very dated and tired and the room we were in (315) had a tap in the bathroom that had a lot of rust on it, in addition to a cracked bathroom window that couldn't would stay opened and we had to use a pencil to keep the window open to remove the condensation. The outside was also poorly maintained with tiles missing on walls. Despite it being convenient we won't be returning to this hotel again.

Very convenient place with good parking. Not super close to center but works very well if your travelling with a car. A cab to the center is quite cheap.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the old town but it was too far to walk so we used public transportation. The bus stopped close to the hotel. Was able to find parking outside the hotel for free. The room was large and met our expectations but it was kind of dark in there due to the window being small. There was a small kitchenette outside our room which was a nice feature. There was only one elevator and it was slow so we used the stairs for 3rd floor room. The receptionist was great and helped answer any questions we had.

Very friendly staff, quick and easy check-in. The room was small and could have been cleaned a little better. The kitchenette was outdated and did not have a coffee maker. The bathroom was small as well, however it was updated and nice and clean.

Place is a dump. Not in the center of the city as advertised. It's an old apartmemt converted into a hotel. There was a police raid in the next building, tells you about the area. Wyndham should be embarassed.

Nothing extravagant, no wows or splurge, but definitely a welcoming place where you can rest well, sleep well, recharge all you need to (lots of plugs in the room), do some work, if you have to (quick and free wifi) - and get quickly and conveniently to the train station and the city center in minutes. Quiet, clean and comfortable hotel.

There was no tea coffee making facilities. They had put three people into a small room. The staff was friendly enough to sort out a push up bed.

The hotel was not really accessible to a person in a wheelchair although the hotel info led me to believe that it is and I had specifically requested such an accommodation in advance. According to the Orbitz's site, I should have been notified in advance by the hotel if the accommodation was not possible but I wasn't. The front desk staff who handled the situation, when I checked in, was more concerned about covering for their error and lack of communication than acting quickly to resolve the problem while my party was waiting. Eventually she found a bigger room that at least allowed the wheelchair to roll in. Very disappointed by the slow response and unfriendly manners of the staff! The value for what I got was not worth the trouble. I will not stay here again!

My room was spacious, clean and modern. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. For example, a trip to the city centre was easy as the Reception was well prepared with specific bus schedules that showed where to get on and off the bus. I will choose this hotel again when I stay in Lübeck next time.

The hotel looks a little "outdated" but the included underground parking is a God-sent. Good breakfast (although Cappuccino is charged extra).
