Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was nice.

Convenient.

Hallways, showers and elevator lobbies were not maintained to other IHG property standards. The front desk staff were not familiar with the IHG loyalty program to add our member number at check in. Other than the main lobby area by the hotel entrance, the other common areas were void of accessories, furniture, or pictures. I would not recommend this hotel when there are other options within walking distance.

Very dated bathroom

Had to ask for fresh towels both nights. Location of hotel was in an extremely noisy area beside the freeway

Staff need some training and Bath room so out dated. Bed and pillows looks so cheap, uncomfortable. Will not come back that hotel. Sorry.

The hotel was not up to standard for holiday inn. Run down hotel with very little amenities. Holiday inn is known for their breakfast. The breakfast was very bare with hardly any items on it, ran out of cinnamon rolls by 7 am, the pancake machine was not working, there was no fruit in the empty fruit bowls. The staff didn’t care much about their guests. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room we had smelled like hot cheetos, the hotel itself wasnt very clean or updated and the breakfast was mediocre.

Basic hotel. Poor TV quality via satellite. A bit rundown .a needs updating. Bed was comfortable.

Very clean smelled great. You can tell they take care of their property. The dove products in the bathroom and on the sink were a nice touch too.

This is my 3rd time staying at this location and i stay more than one night the staff is very good and next time i book im going to stay for more than two nights

Road noise was horrible with VERY loud racing motor sounds until 1:00 am…I called front desk and they offered no help with this … we just toughed it out. Elevator was rough …mattress lumpy. Had to call maintenance because sink was almost completely stopped up. They did fix it …Sorry for bad review ..this place used to be great !! Not sure why Holiday Inn has let this location get in this shape.

The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The only thing that bothered me was the automatic night light in the outlet by the sink. I need total darkness when I sleep.
