The room isn't clean everyday, we need to request the room to be clean 24 hours before. Bed is over used.

We love our stay here! The location is strategic, exactly at the magnificent mile in chicago. The price is affordable and worth it. I got a room with great view of the street, starbucks coffee roastery, and the top of trump tower. The hotel is just walking distance to everywhere. Overall, I do recommend this hotel and will get back here when I'm in chicago!
