Their mattress was wet. They just made the bed and just put clean sheets over it because when my daughter laid down, she laid down in a pile of wet the mattress with soap and wet I got pictures of the place when I got in and when I left the phone not working, you couldn’t call the front desk or none of that. I wasn’t satisfied with the staff. They got a small attitude and a smart mouth. I only stay one day and I had two days to stay. I request my refund and I’m having a problem getting my money back and my deposit back all because they staff is half cleaning the room they don’t change the matter out behind other people.

People in the room next to us had a barking dog. Small double beds and my husband fell off bed. Plank floors in room were buckling up. Metal doors inside room were rusty. Wooden boards in room and bathroom were rotted and old and needed replacing! Very disappointed in appearance of room. Our room was across from the lobby and I can’t believe the receptionist did not see and hear the barking dog.

Nice hotel to sleep in for a few days a lil dated but clean

Everything was great but the cleanliness of the rooms.We had multiple guest with us and needed 2 rooms beds were not properly made plus the cleaner must not pay attention to details there was spider webs around both air conditioners chocolate smeared all over the lamp shade and both floors were gritty like they didnt get swept or mopped and the second room there was mold all around the base of the shower its was so gross we had to share one tub.

Room and bathroom were dirty and in terrible condition.

We booked a double queen so it was misleading The bed was a full not a queen. My husband and I have a queen so we definitely know the difference. There was also a smell. I’ve stayed at so many quality inns never an issue

I loved it the staff was nice. The pool was nice they made sure it was cleaned every morning. Only thing that need work is the curtains need to be black out to block the light outside at night and the sun in the morning.

The location was perfect! Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Good place to stay with beach view

The stay was good for the night. Only issues I had while staying there was that my microwave didn’t work and air was set to 69 but room never got cool.

It was close to the beach Was quiet at night Only bad thing is its very outdated and outside bugs comes in the room

Our 5 day stay was great. Grandkids absolutely loved the spacious pool. Close to everything. Comfortable beds.

Very close to the beach and a big pool the room was nice

One of the beds was terrible and I could feel the springs. There were 3 lamps and they all were rusted.The corner on the floor by the toilet was dirty. The ice bucket was dirty.

I paid to upgrade my room to an interior room but when I got to the site there were only exterior rooms. I paid extra for nothing.
