Older hotel, still clean and polite staff. Water in the morning was warm not hot. I would stay again sim pretty easy to please

Just a fair hotel, nothing special. Nothing bad really stands out, it's just there. Is in need of some basic maintenance, room doors are a little loose for example. Basic breakfast but lots of dining options nearby.when it's not -30. Haha.

The staff was very courteous. The room was nice and clean. My sleep was not interrupted by loud noises.

The bathtub was dirty but staff was friendly.

We checked out on Feb. 14 and were told our damage deposit of $250.00 was supposed to be credited back in an hour. The charge remains on the card as of today, Feb. 15/26 @ 4:30 p.m. I do not appreciate that type of delayed service. I am requesting this transaction to be completed on or before Feb. 16/26.

Check in was great, and my request for a top floor room away from the elevator was granted. The room (422) was very clean and comfortable. The only negative comment I have is the room has a very poor Wifi connection and is definitely not high speed, but it’s possible that it’s specific to that particular room. The gym was simple, clean, bright, and next to the pool. Breakfast was basic, but there was a hot option each morning. Overall, I think the hotel was good value for the price.

Staff were unaccomodating.

Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, as was the rest of the facility. They also had one of the best breakfasts that I have seen in a long time. I would happily stay there again.

Clean room quiet and good breakfast 😋

Upon entering my room, the temp was very cold, i increased the heat, it made no difference, the floor was so cold i couldnt walk barefoot. There was cold wind blowing in from the air conditioners in the bedroom and the other in living room. I phoned the front desk and complained, i was told maintenence would check the next day ( was 9pm). The heat register was ice cold blowing minimally warm air i was not offerred a different room. I had to sleep with my socks on with an extra blanket doubled to try to keep warm. In the morning my shoulders ached from being so tense. The internet was inaccessible. When i complained about that i was allowed on to the business internet. The next day maintenence came and used duct tape to prevent cold air from coming in, it was minimally effective. I asked for a space heater which was provided but i was unable to regulate the temperature in my room. Again i slept poorly and loud banging in the hall woke me up several times through the night. Upon check out i was charged more than at the time of booking, i was told i was wrong - note to self next time take a screen shot. I demanded a discount when checking out and was told the manager had to approve and that the manager would call me. I have not received a phone call. Awful customer service, poor responsivity no accountability. I will NEVER stay there again and will widely share my negative experiences

The Bathroom didn’t looked cleaned at all. Everywhere on the bathroom floor was hair. But the good thing was I didn’t sleep in the bathroom 😉. Everything else was good 👍

You may want to check the toilet flushing. It is slow when a person has a bowel movement. Please check the flushing and sewer lines.

It was dope

It was welcoming and super clean. I really enjoyed my room. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t in service. Breakfast was OK.
