The room was clean yet needed new flooring. I would give them 3 1/2 for extra efforts. The staff were super courteous and went beyond their duties to keep us satisfied. Towels were one per person and your trade them for a free ones.

really poor experience, with the hotel pictures not being nearby the reality. The meeting room is in extremely bad conditions which it is frustrating considering that you are booking a business hotel.

The hotel’s location is excellent; however, the property is poorly maintained. The cleanliness was very, very bad. Even the bathroom ceiling was dirty, who knows with what and the sink was full of grime. It did not feel like a clean place at all. The hotel clearly needs renovations, proper maintenance, and a much higher standard of cleaning

Before booking this hotel, I read every single review and watched some videos online. I chose it because of its fantastic location and the price (not all hotels offer rooms for four people). We arrived knowing it wouldn't be a 4 or 5-star hotel. It's true that the rooms need some maintenance, specifically the bathrooms, but otherwise, everything was quite clean. The beds were quite comfortable, and the outside noise never bothered us (we were on the 9th floor). The best things were the location (as I mentioned before) and the friendly service. It's not a hotel to spend the whole day in; it's just for sleeping. But overall, our stay was pleasant.

Bathroom sink was liking and not heater in the room

Location is 100 Close to everything. The room was very clean. The TV just had national TV. No air conditioning. But in general was a good 4.

Great location and the staff were great.

Ceiling had a previous leak with stains and possibly mold still visible. We could not move to another room because it was during Dia de los muertos.
