Breakfast was very basic and not many options.

Just what we needed for a short stay.

We stayed 4 nights: Staff was responsive to request to fix outlet that didn't work. Coffee, coffee cups, and shampoo were not consistently replenished. Liked hot tub. Liked breakfast.

Great staff great place

I paid for the room thru this app. They still ended up charging my gf the full price. They gave her the money back after I said something but then charged her again. Will not be going back to a best western

Our stay was good. Except it was so dark in room and hallway. Plus our lamp between the beds one bulb was totally taken out. Why?
