The Heritage ambience at Harley's was so lovely, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Very friendly and attentive staff, beautiful atmosphere and lovely rooms. Nice and close to most attractions.

Huge room

Lovely old world charm with a few rough edges. It has a really good bar but with erratic closing times which was very annoying. Unfortunately the hotel no longer operates it’s restaurant so whereas on prior visits the bar was a place to congregate and enjoy others company whilst having a meal this time it was obvious people came to have a quick drink and then went elsewhere for dinner. The atmosphere was completely destroyed…. very unfortunate and a loss of revenue for the hotel. Other elements of the hotel were a little shabby like the worn lobby seats which need some attention. However the hotel still stands up as a lovely place to stay helped along by the friendly enthusiasm of the staff…. especially the front desk staff who seem like they really enjoy what they are doing. Just hope the owners put a little more love into the hotel and as as bringing back meals to the bar, not just cold snacks.

Room was beautiful and very comfy. Location is really central to everything in Hobart. A wonderful place to stay.

Was a very last-minute booking due to other accommodation being cancelled at the last minute. All the staff were friendly, the room was delightful and nothing was too much trouble for the staff…especially loved the cute little balcony of our room!

This hotel is located in a very convenient location. The Staff is helpful. I believe that lack of a desk in the room is inconvenient for guests.

The hotel is full of character and history which is a good reason to stay here. However the rooms are very small and quite tired.
