Staying at this hotel made our Tokyo trip even more special. The service was excellent, the room was cozy, and the amenities were complete. We truly appreciated how helpful and welcoming the staff were. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Staff were all exceptionally friendly through the whole stay even house keeping were always saying hello and making sure we were ok. Check in and out super quick and easy especially as we had a late check in just before midnight. Rooms were always cleaned to a high standard and even things we lost by dropping them behind the bed were placed back where we get them again. Great location close to various stations, lots of immediate quick food options within metres of the hotel or attached. Quiet and clean facilities including the gym and laundry services. Lots of free toiletries which were refreshed whenever. Breakfast was also good variety and better than other hotels though a bit pricey to do daily.

Great place to stay if you are attending an event at the Tokyo Dome area. Hotel is OK. Modern and there ' s a couple of convenience stores around it for supplies. Train is about 5 mins away.

Stay here for the coldplay concert. It was worted every penny. Location very near the tokyo dome. Only 500 meters. Room is clean, great water pressure, you can send your luggage to everywhere in japan by yamato. Just ask the receptionist they will gladly help you with your luggage. The staff is very friendly.

Clean room near train station Worth the stay

Tokyo Metropolitan Edmont located down town Tokyo in Chiyoda Area where all the government building located.. Good for those who need accommodation in downtown area.. Service was Good, Lots of convenience shop near by.. Many good Restaurants in walking distance.. Two nearby subway station Kudanshita Station & Lidabashi Station.. easy to stravel around Tokyo and surroundings..

For hotels and facilities it is quite good but we are traumatized by losing valuable items in a hotel room (watch) which was previously next to the TV and after the room has been cleaned, the cleaning service is gone When asked they answered they did not know and there was no further action from the hotel.

Room is very clean and good location close by JR train Idabashi station. All staff very helpful and have free bus to disneyland. Recommended if stay in Tokyo.
