Great location however the hotel was noisy and the room had a strong perfume smell. The front desk staff was rude, although the bellman was kind and very helpful. I felt it was overpriced, and that was through Expedia. Booking directly was double the cost.

Absolutely perfect location! Beautiful balcony views. Cool rooftop pool and restaurant.

Due to its location, it’s in easy reach of centre, harbour and beach. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony - which is lovely. The rooftop bar on the 15th floor provides wonderful views in all directions with a great selection of drinks. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Good location - modern well maintained rooms Service was good across the hotel and the rooftop bar is a must Real cups in the room (they only provided paper ones) would make a difference There were also a pair of socks under the table in the room which made me question how well the room had been cleaned

The best part about this hotel is the hotel. Shopping, dining, and tourist attractions are next door. Hotel is clean and comfortable. There's no air condition. Just open window and let the cool air in. This will be our go to hotel when come back to Malaga.

Great room, great views, great old town.

Hotel was very central to all the main tourist locations in Malaga. Reception team friendly. Tried to use the rooftop bar no issues until it came to service waited 20 minutes to be served before eventually leaving. Went to the bar after 5 of those 2” minutes but was told by 1 of the 4 people there they’d come to the table. Then they all just seemed to stand about chatting. Hotel nice but let down by their bar staff.

Fantastic location. Very single member of staff was helpful, receptionist doorman bar staff cleaners! Can’t wait to return. Had a fantastic meal on floor 15 then drinks in the roof top bar.

Perfect location forceverything

The receptionist Lola was fantastic.

Our room was very clean and stylish. We had the best view from our balcony. The beds were so comfortable.
