Staff and location were great.

Great spot for a night stay! My son slept 12 hours so he definitely said it was comfortable

It was a book weekend at this hotel. Luckily, we arrived in town early or else we would’ve not had or being accommodated for our booking that was booked two weeks prior.

Nice clean and quiet

Clean rooms. Pretty quiet. All shower toiletries empty, iron did not work, coffee was horrid, night desk staff was sleeping in lobby. Halls smelled like pot every night. Day desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

There was no soap, No TV, the fridge worked but it was dirty, no microwave.

We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool, and during our 2 night stay we were looking forward to enjoying the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed both days. We were not informed of this prior to arrival, and were not offered any compensation due to its closer. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Next time, we will stay at a nearby hotel for a cheaper rate with no pool.

No air conditioning or WiFi for two days due to power cut. No cleaning of room for the entire stay. No compensation from hotel for inconvenience.

Bed was hard as a rock, tables not cleaned upon check in. Rude staff. Called to confirm Handicapped bathroom, it wasnt now way for handicapped person to get into shower. Broken elevator.

Clean

Staff was helpful and room was clean and spacious for the three nights I’ve stayed. Outside noise from parking lot and other rooms do leak through the walls but it was not a major issue. Would stay again.

Bed looked like someone slept there just before we arrived. Room phone not connected to phone line. All 3 dispensers: Shampoo, soap, conditioner were empty. Only one full size towel. Super slow drainage in the bath tub. Attendant with attitude not to help and doubt us and what we said. Didn’t refund us in checkout back the $100 security deposit.

Friendly Staff and Service

Great place to stay as a not too far distance from a concert in Detroit and so much more affordable than downtown. It’s got several great restaurants not far from it and it’s close to the highway too.

They could use some modern furniture in the rooms. We were disappointed the pool was closed during our stay.
